Advanced Extrusion System
- 5 extruders configuration: 10/20/40/20/10 ratio (60.30D / 70.30D / 90.30D / 70.30D / 60.30D)
- Multi-layer structure: Layer 1 is the outermost, Layer 5 is the innermost, Layer 3 is the core.
- Smart feeding system: Each extruder is equipped with 4 hoppers (1 main and 3 additives), with fully automated weight control via screw speed adjustment.
- High precision: Individual weight feeders for each component ensure uniform film output and precise blending ratios.

Our VAREX system can process a variety of materials including:
- LDPE, HDPE, MDPE
